Job Requirements:
- Excellent business development, financial, analytical, and accounting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
- Client-focused, results-driven, and industry-savvy with strong connection to attorneys, lenders, and/or private equity firms
- Ability to travel at a moderate to extensive level
- Fifteen years of relevant advisory experience including mergers and acquisitions, sales and divestitures, buyouts; ten years of Capital Advisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Finance or a similar discipline, as well as licensed FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79
- Excellent business development, financial, analytical, and accounting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
