Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of call center/customer service experience or recent college graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of basic benefits processes, including Immigration is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Provide the primary interface for employee benefits inquiries between employees, partners and Human Resources (HR)
  • Respond to inquiries within a call center environment via telephone, e-mail and fax
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and research resolutions
  • Participate on project teams within the benefits management group
  • Utilize available resources and tools to resolve customer issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
