Job Description:
Each project is a world both in theme and in size of the work team, execution time and location. In this way, we find ourselves with small projects with a team of 2 members, up to teams of 15-20 people with members even from different departments and geographies. Also, the durations can range from 2 weeks to a year.
Job Requirements:
- Business vision and commercial orientation.
- High leadership capacity with communication skills.
- Specific knowledge:
- Management of technological projects and transformation in Banking and Insurance.
- Knowledge of Financial and Insurance products.
- Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Essential High level of English (C1). Knowledge of other languages will be valued.
