Job Requirements:

• Lead and own the roadmap of current and future learning technology platforms, harnessing the use of learning technologies, measuring program impact, and ensuring alignment and mitigating compliance risk across KPMG
• Ensure KPMG Canada meets global standards and delivers on our global mandate around learning technology
• Lead a community of practice that brings together learning leaders from across all business functions to define a shared approach to learning in the firm
• Active member of KPMG’s Global Learning Council
• Develop the cross functional (business & digital) skills learning strategy, enhancing employee skills, integrating learning into the flow of work and driving innovative approaches to online learning
