Job Requirements:

• Working with DEI leadership, respond to surveys and applications to demonstrate the firm’s commitment to recruiting/hiring underrepresented talent
• Research emerging trends, external programs, and other avenues/ innovative DEI strategies that might help further the overall TA DEI strategy; analyze competitive intelligence and stay informed on new and emerging diversity trends and best practices to determine action items
• Participate in internal and external DEI programs as needed including local BRG events and activities
• Minimum three years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in the DEI space preferably within a professional services environment
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent
• Works comfortably within a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
• Self-starter who can work independently; proven performer who is results-oriented, executes against multiple timelines while remaining client-focused to lead solution-driven initiatives and recruiting processes that add value, and are aligned against functional and BPG priorities
