Job Responsibilities

• Partner with the reporting team monthly to analyze trends on firm/program/area of investment hiring results as well as other ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Working with DEI leadership, respond to surveys and applications to demonstrate the firm’s commitment to recruiting/hiring underrepresented talent
• Research emerging trends, external programs, and other avenues/ innovative DEI strategies that might help further the overall TA DEI strategy; analyze competitive intelligence and stay informed on new and emerging diversity trends and best practices to determine action items
• Provide research and market analysis, support local recruiting teams and leaders on ways to enhance and further develop a strong local and regional recruiting strategy for underrepresented talent; provides input and makes recommendations to DEI management based on the research
• Work with the marketing and branding team on content and deliverables; develop strategic presentations for leadership and other key stakeholders
