Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; an advanced degree (i.e., MHA) or certification (i.e. RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPA, and CFE) is preferred
- Previous consulting experience within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector is preferred, as is a working knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-9, ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding, billing, and claims
- Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives as well as strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in organizing and managing multiple engagement priorities
- Display extremely-high professional and personal standards, unquestioned integrity, and business ethics to speak on significant issues and provide recommendations to drive change when necessary
- Conduct, manage, and lead cross-border engagements for multi-national companies with a focused on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), anti-bribery and corruption laws as well as fraud and misconduct prevention
- Administrate oversight including project setup, contracting, billing, financial management, and record retention
- Support and supplement ongoing business development activities (proposals, conferences, and thought leadership)
