Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in new system or application implementations, network maintenance, etc
- Configure new PCs and perform troubleshooting on PCs issues
- Provide IP Telephony and Audio Visual support
- Perform daily IT operations
- Morning and Hourly health check for all network services.
- Maintain infrastructure equipment
- May need to work outside normal office hours to support operations or change management activities
- Responsible for assisting users in resolving IT issues as a first line support, answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services and servicing request type calls
- Conduct analysis for the reported issues and categorised into ticket types accordingly
- Log daily tickets into the ticketing system and coordinate for critical issues, provide timely updates to end users
Job Requirements:
- Understand incident ticket management process
- ITIL foundation certificate would be a plus
- At least one year of servicing end users experience
- Good knowledge of PC windows & Active Domain environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Exchange) and Windows Servers & network
- Initiative, good teamwork and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
