Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in new system or application implementations, network maintenance, etc
  • Configure new PCs and perform troubleshooting on PCs issues
  • Provide IP Telephony and Audio Visual support
  • Perform daily IT operations
  • Morning and Hourly health check for all network services.
  • Maintain infrastructure equipment
  • May need to work outside normal office hours to support operations or change management activities
  • Responsible for assisting users in resolving IT issues as a first line support, answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services and servicing request type calls
  • Conduct analysis for the reported issues and categorised into ticket types accordingly
  • Log daily tickets into the ticketing system and coordinate for critical issues, provide timely updates to end users

Job Requirements:

  • Understand incident ticket management process
  • ITIL foundation certificate would be a plus
  • At least one year of servicing end users experience
  • Good knowledge of PC windows & Active Domain environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Exchange) and Windows Servers & network
  • Initiative, good teamwork and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
