Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, accounting, finance or business from an accredited college/university
• Completion of Basic Appraisal Principles and Procedures, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and General Appraiser Income Approach
• Previous experience using Argus and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Establish and prepare real estate market research
• Produce property level cash flows and net operating income projections
• Review valuation reports for reasonableness
• Assist with the valuation of other tangible assets
