Job Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience both leading Oracle HCM Cloud end-to-end engagements and working on sales and business development activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university
- At least two full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud engagements.
- Travel may be up to 80% when safe to do so
- Lead HR business transformation day-to-day project activities enabled by Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. p
- Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients
- Work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
- Supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements
