Job Requirements:

• Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations of expenses across the firm for any given category;
• Allocation of national expenses within the firm on a timely and accurate basis;
• Ad-hoc projects or analysis as required;
• Involvement in team development and assist Finance Manager as required;
• Support with the preparation and compilation of forecasts and annual budgets.
• Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules. (e.g. Project reports)
• Complete ownership of month-end process & reporting, including all reconciliations
• Prepare, analyze, book and reconcile monthly journal entries;
• Analysis of month-end information (actual versus budget) and preparation of monthly financial reports for review by key stakeholders. Tools utilized excel and
