Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join our team for a period of 6 months. In this role, you will drive the execution of activities required to implement our strategic change program with our New Formats business area and in conjunction with Project and Business Leadership, ensuring that change is effectively and proactively managed and that impacted business areas experience a smooth transition, which minimises operational risk and disruption.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Change Leadership – Provide the program/project with day-to-day change management leadership and subject matter expertise.
  • Business Impact Assessment & Transition Planning – Drive the identification of business impacts from the program/project and assessment of the organisational readiness for the changes being implemented
  • Strategic Thinking & Planning – Development of a Change Management Strategy
  • Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management – Create a stakeholder management and engagement strategy, and facilitate business buy-in, ownership, sign off key change and transition activities

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 5 – 10 years experience working in and leading a structured change management approach on projects and programs, specifically in large, complex organisations. An agile and adaptable approach with the ability to support people in both a remote and blended/on-site environment is essential as is advanced experience in complex stakeholder engagement, and ability to apply problem solving to develop practical and sustainable change outcomes.
