What will I be doing?
· Follow pre-opening, opening, closing and post-closing operational procedures at the Kids Club
· Welcome families and register children at the Kids Club , handling reservations and payments, up-selling the Kids Club services and performing related administrative duties.
· Organize and accompany children activities according to the Kids Club concept, always providing safe care and a personalized and intuitive service.
· Handling kids club consumables and mershandising stock, managing available material
· Coordenate in-room entertainment game rental with Concierge
· Assist with creating the Kids Club stories and preparing taylor made exepriences for Kids
· Assit on organizing kids experiences with other departments
· Assist on coordenating child amenities and Kids Club gifts
· Personalized child minding services (evenning baby-sitting and toddler’s daytime service)
· Organizing and accompanying the Kids Club outdoor activities, swimming-pool activities and kids sports
· Using CRM tool, observing young guests’ special requests and preferences
· Request the Kids Club cleaning or maintenance when necessary
What are we looking for?
- High School Graduate or equivalent required
- Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Intermediate English language skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous customer service experience
