Job Description:

As the IT Services Manager (Restaurant Technology), you will contribute to improving Information Technology operations by owning and implementing new processes to enhance restaurant systems and technology. You will lead the Level 1 & 2 Restaurant Technology support teams and processes ensuring that they deliver all services to meet agreed targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the IT knowledge management process and implement, drive and support these processes
  • Work with internal IT Teams and external vendors to provide continuous improvement to the restaurant business systems environment
  • Lead, mentor and upskill the Level 1 and 2 Help Desk team and be the key point of escalation for major issues
  • Develop strategies to help the team meet agreed service targets
  • Consult, collaborate and align with key stakeholders on best practices and trends in restaurant technology
  • Provide support on IT related business projects and strategic direction to KFC
  • Actively encourage the adoption of best practice IT services and business solutions to enable users to effectively and efficiently perform their duties within a high performing team culture

Job Requirements:

  • Solid Windows and Network/Communications knowledge
  • Experience with Macromatix, Eftpos, NCR Aloha, Point of sales hardware/software and digital signage highly regarded
  • QSR or Retail industry experience preferred.
  • Prior experience working in an agile environment highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to proactively build relationships and influence at all levels
  • Experience working in a Franchise business ideal
