Job Description

  • Identify and manage interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross-selling/up-selling and repeat sales opportunities
  • Engage in regular customer outreach to acquire a thorough understanding of key needs and requirements and propose solutions accordingly
  • Coordinate with customers as well as internal teams to ensure that products and services best suited to serve requirements are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Liaise with customers and resolve problems and ensure customers receive high quality customer service
  • Oversee the activities performed by merchandising and promotional personnel in assigned key customers and provide course correction if required
  • Conduct pre-sales and post-sales follow ups with customers in order to collect feedback and incorporate any necessary changes in policies

  • Direct planning and selection of manpower in the designated Division, in line with the business and operational plans
  • Ensure high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within Division
  • Distribute and allocate day-to-day business activities to direct subordinates and supervise execution and delivery of operational tasks and assignments by providing on-the-job guidance and support
