Job Title EUC: Desk side Support (Tapes, VOIP, Hands & Feet)
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Role – Team Lead and Team Member
- Work on daily tickets and operations Support tasks
- Follow the SLAs to resolve any production issues
- Ready to work in rotational 24 x 7 support and provide on-call support when it’s required
- Multi-skilled and be able to support existing and future infrastructure/support requirements
- Should be willing to learn associated tools & technologies (multi-skilling) and contribute towards the services improvements
- Contribute towards developing current Infrastructure by taking ownership of new projects as and when required
- Should have good experience in creating SOPs, training team members on new technologies

Must Have knowledge & Experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience in below
- Analysing and maintain existing VoIP Infrastructure
- User access management
- Installation of network hardware modules including IP and PBX communication servers.
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN System
- Solid knowledge and understanding of network security systems and Software
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Understating of IP telephone communication system
- Understanding of network server policies
- First level Support to end users
- Validation and resolution of the alert received by way of trouble shooting on the system
- Escalation and resolution follow-up with other parties like vendors
- Co-Ordinate and support activities planned by Core Infrastructure team
- Microsoft Office Suite 2003/2007/2013
- MS-Outlook and O365
- Windows XP/7/10 and Apple Macintosh Operating systems
- Active directories
- Understand protocols – LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN, Cisco Router, Switch and Hubs
- Configure/troubleshoot standalone and Network Printers, Scanners, Network Cards, Memory and other peripheral devices
- Network end point testing
- Antivirus End point protection
- Android, IPhones and IP Phones
- Should be able to configure and trouble-shoot business standard applications
- MCSE & CCNA certification would be an added advantage
