This new role will support the HR and Administration Manager with all HR tasks and would be a great opportunity for those with 1 years’ experience looking to take a step into a HR department. The vacancy is based in Jebel Ali and our client is a supplier to the oil and gas industry both on and offshore, with a team of approximately 60 employees in the Dubai office and a total headcount of 400 globally.
You will coordinate all necessary documents, HR system updates and queries on behalf of the HR team and be able to work with accuracy and speed to provide an efficient service to all employees across all locations and levels of seniority. It is expected that the successful individual will have some exposure to basic HR administration and handling of employee queries, perhaps as part of a general office administrative and/ or receptionist role. However, as this is a junior position it is not expected that you will have more than 1-2 years’ experience, as the HR & Administration Manager is keen to share their knowledge and provide growth to the right individual. Over time the role will be solely responsible for the administration and renewal of employee visas, medical policies, annual flight allocations, annual leave and absence tracking, posting of vacancies and the initial recruitment screening process.
