Job Description:

  • Support the Executive Housekeeper with administration duties.
  • Monitors that uniforms are ordered and arrive on time using the arrival list.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists with creation and implementation of any new administrative changes as per the departmental requirement.
  • Controls department forms and records according to the Jumeirah standards for Document Control Changes.
  • Liaises with various departments regarding purchasing or receiving and charging of items ordered by Housekeeping.
  • Monitors that the Order Takers are following the Jumeirah procedures.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must have 1-2 experience year experience in a similar role in a quality focused establishment
