Job Description:
- Support the Executive Housekeeper with administration duties.
- Monitors that uniforms are ordered and arrive on time using the arrival list.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with creation and implementation of any new administrative changes as per the departmental requirement.
- Controls department forms and records according to the Jumeirah standards for Document Control Changes.
- Liaises with various departments regarding purchasing or receiving and charging of items ordered by Housekeeping.
- Monitors that the Order Takers are following the Jumeirah procedures.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have 1-2 experience year experience in a similar role in a quality focused establishment
