JOB DESCRIPTION:
Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads, phone call, email, office visit
Researches customer’s individual or business purchase needs
Resolves customer complaints and queries
Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals
Makes recommendations for the customer
Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
Studied in the relevant field of IT, Software & Tech
Will do demos and presentation to clients
