Job Description:

We are recruiting a Senior Customer & Marketing Manager, Customer Insight to drive change in our business through using customer analytics and commercial insight to ensure customer led decision making. The successful candidate will be responsible for all customer analytics, utilising our expansive More card database to understand and predict customer behaviour. They will also be accountable for insight across the commercial team, including responsibility for all market data and insight. They will play a critical and lead role in ensuring that all departments consider the customer before making decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Embed our customer segments effectively into the business
• Review the performance of key events and deals from a customer perspective
• Listen to customers to understand how they’re feeling and what this means for their shopping behaviour
• Lead a small team of talented individuals to ensure we get the best out of them
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly at Director level
• Get full value out of our partnerships with IRI, Nielsen, IGD and Mintel.
• Develop analytical capability and processes within the insight team and wider business
• Provide market context and expertise to the business (data sources responsible for include IRI, Nielsen and IGD)
• Customer insight embedded into all range resets and category strategies
• Support Own Brand in identifying trends and turning this into tangible actions
