We have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate, experienced UX Designer to join our Customer Experience in the Webstore team. This role has a focus on the application of UX Methodologies to help design an exceptional omni channel customer experience.
As a UX Designer, you will continuously review and analyse our ecommerce platform. Working with a diverse group of stakeholders, you will look to understand requirements and review customer feedback to ensure pain points are addressed and opportunities to improve user functionality are identified.
The UX Designer has the opportunity to make a huge impact by scanning the website and finding the inconsistencies, finding the problems & issues and putting forward ideas and validate the right solution.
Qualification & Experience:
- You also have exceptional communication and are confident engaging with stakeholders from all levels of business and like to collaborate and share with the team.
- Our ideal candidate demonstrate a tertiary qualification in Design or Similar with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail sector.
- You demonstrate a solid understanding of UCD principles and are have extensive experience running and facilitating workshops.
- You are passionate and have a detailed understanding of the Ecommerce space and seek to challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to constantly optimise and improve processes.
