Job Description:

We have a unique opportunity for a Communications Project Manager to join our Corporate Affairs team on a 12 month parental leave contract. You will lead the development and implementation of Officeworks’ internal communications across key business projects and activities to ensure team members are informed, educated and engaged with Officeworks vision, purpose and strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for internal communications enquiries and be the trusted advisor for communication requests and issues to the Leadership team and wider business
  • Engage and inform team members through timely, effective and relevant communications
  • Support the Corporate Communications Manager on sensitive and complex internal communications, challenges and issues
  • Lead communication projects and implement key internal communication campaigns ensuring the messaging is consistent, relevant and in-line with our strategic objectives
  • Manage video content – script writing, shot listing and coordinate filming
