Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and well-respected legal team in a large, growing business. Your role will be important and varied with plenty of responsibility across multiple business areas. Working closely with senior management and key stakeholders across the business, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating robust contracts, as well as advising on a wide range of commercial law matters such as regulatory and compliance, marketing, data protection and intellectual property. The Senior Commercial Solicitor will have a unique opportunity to play a role in shaping the ongoing development of the legal team, whilst developing professionally at the same time.

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• Whilst previous in-house experience, and exposure to the travel and aviation sectors is not essential, this would be a distinct advantage.
• You will also be rigorous but commercial and have excellent attention to detail.
• The ability and desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, and experience of technology related contracts is particularly desirable.
• The successful candidate is likely to have at least four years’ post qualified experience gained at a well-regarded law firm or business (although candidates with more or less PQE who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role will be considered).
