Systems administrators are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our business and our customers. Responsible for SAN infrastructure for numerous contracts with the federal government. Responsible for the day-to-day support of the stable state of the system, in particular the management of incident file requests related to problems, changes and service requests, in accordance with the service level agreements established in the various major contracts of service agreements.
- 10-15 years of solid mainframe storage management experience, working with the team leader responsible for service skills.
- 10-15 years of experience supporting mid-range Storage Unit Networks (SANs).
- At least 5 years of experience producing SAN installation transition and labor estimates as well as implementation plans for new customers, order changes and requests for proposals.
- At least 10 years of experience implementing and supporting SAN Brocade / Hitachi environments.
