As a Data Scientist at IBM, you will help transform our clients’ data into tangible business value by analyzing information, communicating outcomes and collaborating on product development. Job Responsibilities:
- Design data analytics solutions from classic data warehousing, data lake to big data solutions and hybrid platforms considering cloud and on prem
- Ability to create conceptual, logical and physical data models and define standards, principles and methods to guide the development of those models
- Leverage insights of NHS data, taxonomies, governance requirements and interoperability standards to integrate approach
- Execute data strategy engagements by understanding the client’s overall business strategy and requirements and being able to translate this into a data strategy
- Engage and inspire our teams and our clients to shape and deliver technology transformation across health based on a track record of success in services work across the health and life sciences sectors
Job Requirements:
- Track record of developing and sustaining senior client relationships across the health and/or life sciences sectors to enable initiation and delivery of projects
- Ability to identify, attract, supervise and nurture junior talent
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience working within a highly- matrixed organisation and able to influence and drive change in such an environment including experience leveraging virtual teams to deliver at scale and pace
- Experienced in digital transformation and change management involving clinicians, nurses and allied health professionals
