Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team based in VIC/TAS . The Field Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining Visual Merchandising standards throughout Forever New stores, whilst training and developing store teams to ensure Visual Merchandising standards are being upheld to embody the Forever New brand values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Translate the customer journey through intelligent floor layout and attractive windows
- Partner closely with Business Managers to identify and recognise commercial opportunities
- Oversee and implement regular collection launches across multiple sites with the opportunity of interstate travel
- Flexible working hours to assist with campaign installations, new store openings, refurbishments and major events
- Maintain VM and store standards by providing consistent training with store teams
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience working in high volume retail preferred
- Proven Visual Merchandising experience
- Creative eye with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Your own transport means and a valid driver’s license
