Job Description:
As our eCommerce Lead, you will be responsible for managing the Forever New websites. You will be responsible for driving sales and profitability of websites, lead trade decision, commercial messaging and constantly improve the online customer experience, while successfully implementing promotional and trade activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with key stakeholders to drive promotion, social activities and plan strategies
- Create merchandise strategies per region to maximize sales performance
- Analyse and optimise the end-to-end website consumer experience partnering with our international provider eShop World
- Ensure proper tracking is in place for all campaigns, promotions and A/B tests
- Manage and develop an eCommerce Coordinator
- Oversee weekly product uploads and ensure the critical path is met to support trade
- Analyse performance to identify opportunities, trends and insights to support trade decision making
- Monitor site performance daily and partner with IT to trouble shoot issues, escalate and resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure tone and messaging across sites and marketing is in line with brand guidelines
- Track and monitor daily trade performance of site and operations (shipping & returns status) using Google Analytics and the eShop World platform
- Oversee weekly content plan for the Homepage and web to ensure they align with trade objectives
- Manage Livechat messaging and communication for websites
- Provide insights and guidance to the team in weekly trade planning for marketing activity
- Review all trade and commercial messaging for Email Marketing, as well as ensuring the user journey is seamless
- Maintain content and category pages
- Test all promotional offers to ensure promotions work correctly
- Develop strategy for marketing emails
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and plan time and workflow effectively
- High Attention to Detail
- Degree in Fashion Marketing/Business/Commerce or similar
- Work positively and effectively as part of a team or autonomously
- Magento 2 exposure preferable
- Strong communication with good interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven experience with Google analytics
- A positive, can-do attitude
- 3+ years’ experience working in eCommerce
- Shows initiative with new ideas and opportunities
- Understanding of SEO
