Job Description:

You’ll be supporting and working with FS Operations to provide management information (MI). This will include the management and maintenance of many databases and analytical models to provide reporting via several mediums.

Job Requirements:

• Preparation of packs in a variety of formats for senior executive committees and stakeholders at all levels
• Review, amend and create MI procedures and processes ensuring all are robust, efficient and accurately documented whilst pro-actively seeking to improve these on an ongoing basis
• Investigate and resolve any data issues arising out of routine MI
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all AFS products, processes and systems and the available MI data sources and reports
• Responsible for the production and distribution of timely, accurate and fit for purpose management information on a regular and ad hoc basis and associated analysis for the Contact Centre Operations
• Ensure MI is presented in a format to engage the audience and promote decision making and actions
