Join us, on our Retail Graduate Scheme, and you’ll quickly develop all the experience and skills you need, while earning a starting salary of £27,000. Whether you’re thinking on your feet and coming up with new solutions or inspiring colleagues to make the shopping experience as good as it can be.
Job Responsibilities:
- Over two years, you’ll work with different store teams, learning about our operations, systems and procedures and how to run a store.
- It will involve you getting stuck into all kinds of new challenges and no two days will be the same.
- It will also see you moving up quickly.
- You’ll be running your own team from the word go. And from there, you’ll move rapidly into a Manager role – leading a department, managing colleagues, driving projects and getting people on board with your new ideas.
- Our structured reviews will guide your progress and help you become a future store manager.
