Job Description:
We’re looking for someone to join the Online team as a Senior Programme Manager in the Store Pick Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the online team during a period of significant growth and will be based at our support centre in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Job Requirements:
- in Morrison’s to help improve the customer experience in online
- Grow our Home Shopping offer by creating a market leading operating model for both Home Delivery and Click and Collect
- Expand the proposition to multiple new locations on time and in budget – ensuring all operational metrics are achieved
- Work closely with the wider online teams (such as the fleet team) to ensure there is a clear plan for the business for new operations
- Provide key expertise in this area – using established programme management tools and techniqu
- Ensuring customer experience for Home Delivery and Click and Collect is market leading – measured by customer retention, wait times etc
- Use customer complaints / insight to identify opportunities to make improvements to the operating model, working closely with the existing stores team and the contact centre to understand where there are opportunities for improvement
- Lead our store pick expansion team utilising all the expertise already in Morrison’s to help improve the customer experience in online
- Grow our Home Shopping offer by creating a market leading operating model for both Home Delivery and Click and Collect
- Expand the proposition to multiple new locations on time and in budget – ensuring all operational metrics are achieved
