Job description / Role
We are looking for an IT Support Technician who will manage the ongoing installation of Microsoft365 for employees.
The role is part-time and will require 2 day a week work with remote work as employees are located in different countries.
Residence visa is not provided (temporary work permit).
The role is:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the group
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
