Job description / Role

• Monitor and maintain customer computer systems, install and configure hardware and software, diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems/networking issues
• Accountable for the smooth running of the hardware and software computer peripherals and ensuring that all the technical issues or/and changes required is attended in a highly efficient and qualitative manner remotely.
• Ensure network security through access controls, backups & firewalls
