Job Role:
• Coordinate with the staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with colleagues and other professionals like software developers
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Handle & Manage new virtualization Project (Hardware-September 2015/Windows AX Implementation-March 2016)
