IT Helpdesk Support Analyst


Job description / Role

Charterhouse Middle East are currently working with a leading DIFC client, whom are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to work within the companies IT and Security Planning Department, reporting to the Head of IT for Dubai and Middle East.

Working as part of the IT and Security Planning Department, you will provide helpdesk support relating to all Information Technology functions across the Dubai and Regional offices. Offering administrative assistance to the IT Team, you will support queries by creating tickets and escalating as required. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and up-keep of hard-ware, such as printers, conference / meeting rooms and critical systems. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will assist in ensuring all IT work carried-out is approved, communicated and documented. In addition, you will offer and provide governance knowledge during planning and execution phases of projects.
