Position Title: Investment Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role:
• Identify business opportunities and secure investments that promote the financial interests of an organization, handle financial transactions, and building client relationships
• Coordinate with the Actuary Department for asset-liability matching and reporting, monitoring/reporting of market and economic developments, and will assist in new funds
• Prepare investment memorandums, financial models, and supporting documentation to be presented to the Fund’s IC for each prospective investment
• Execute investment transactions (i.e., prepare, execute, and register investment documents)
• Monitor and track financial performance of investee companies to ensure that loan payments are current and revenue interest payments achieve budgeted targets
