Job Description

·      Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions

·      Mandatory:- Hindi + Kannada+Telugu, Hindi+Kannada, Hindi+Telugu, English, and any other Indian language will be a plus

·      Multilingual candidates are preferred.

·      Greet customers and create rapport

·      Responsible for closing deals and processing payments

·      Responsible for customer follow-up

·      Developing leads and referrals

·      Create a personal marketing plan

·      Achieve monthly sales quotas

·      Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

 

Skills
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.Excellent w verbal communication skills.Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
