QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
General knowledge about Infrastructure system, such as Server virtualization, consolidated storage, server blades, interconnects, backup systems, and Telecommunication system, such as LAN (switching), WAN (routing, gateways, firewalls), telephony (Skype and Teams)
System Administration.
Knowledge of user environment.
Good treatment with users.
Supplier management capacity.
Basic knowledge of the E&P business.
Availability of the technician in possible interventions after hours.
The IS Engineer is accountable for development, refresh and business alignment of IT strategy with the coordination of Information System Direction from Management, performance management of key resources and defining quality of IT services (QoS) required by the Organization.
Control delivery of IT and support services.
Agree and monitor the incidents, issues, projects for Asset Management in line with business requirements and maximize benefit from further improvement of services.
Recommend information technology, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirement. Define and ensure continuous update for all asset management related documents, plans, process and end user support.
Business productivity tools, such as ERP systems, Database systems, and collaboration systems. End user support: Hardware, Windows, tools System Operative (Windows)
