Job description / Role

A Reputed Aluminium Producer Company is looking for a HVAC Technician with Heavy industry Experience.

Responsibilities:

HVAC Systems Maintenance and Trouble Shooting Experience on Offshore Environment
Must Have Good Experience in Operating and Maintaining of all Types of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration’s Systems and Related Equipment’s.
To Be Able to operate all types of HVAC Systems and Execute all Preventive Maintenance According to the Planning Being Set.
Must Have Overhauling of all Types of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment Especially Semi-Hermetic Compressors Types Carrier & Copland.
Must Have Good Experience in Sea Water Cooled Condensers (Shell & Tube Condensers).
Good Skills in Trouble Shooting & Repairs of HVAC Distribution System Control Panel, Electrical Control Panels & Pneumatic Control.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain and repair heating and ventilation equipment, pumps, fans, chillers, dryers, compressors and other mechanical equipment as necessary.
Utilize the building automation system to track and adjust building conditions and the operation of facilities equipment.
Assist lower level technicians with work assignments and coach as appropriate.
Provide input to work instructions for equipment and recommend improvements to equipment reliability/performance.
Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC controls and operating systems as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Utilize strong mechanical and electrical skills in order to complete assignments.
Respond and provide service and feedback to the customer on all assigned work orders while assuring compliance to codes, regulations and industry standards.
Understand company policies and safely perform functions of the position including following proper safety guidelines such as task hazard analysis, lockout/tagout, and wearing PPE as required.
Operate various measuring, diagnostic and testing instruments to help provide energy efficiency solutions.
Understand and apply basic theory of refrigeration systems.
Work with Microsoft Office software (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Ability to read and understand repair manuals, specifications, drawings and schematic diagrams.
Ability to analyze problems, recommend solutions and initiate repairs.
Requirements:

Must have 5 to 6 years of Experience as HVAC Technician in Heavy Indsutrial Set Up.
Must Have Overhauling of all Types of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment Especially Semi-Hermetic Compressors Types Carrier & Copland
Must Have Good Experience in Sea Water Cooled Condensers (Shell & Tube Condensers).
Good Skills in Trouble Shooting & Repairs of HVAC Distribution System Control Panel, Electrical Control Panels & Pneumatic Control.
Experience in Offshore Complexes Work Procedures & Safety Regulations
