Job description / Role
Job Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet company visitors and walk-in customers appropriately.
• Determine visitor needs in a professional manner.
• Manage, assist and create orders for walk-in customers.
• Receive customer phone calls and deal with queries by providing accurate information using professional telephone etiquette.
• Deal with Tele-sales customer to increase daily sales and report back in SAP
• Provide general information about company products and services.
• Forward calls to appropriate person.
• Respond to all customer emails.
• Create sales Quotation, sales orders and follow with customer in coordination with outdoor sales team.
• Updating database frequently.
• Giving necessary supports to outdoor sales team.
• Receive and handle client complaints and give after-sales support when requested
