Job Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding on Cloud capabilities within a modern Contact Centre
- Enterprise Architect with delivery experience of technology within Contact Centres
- Team player, can work well in teams
Experience with Market leading technologies such as Genesys, Amazon Connect or others - Awareness of the security considerations and implications when clients migrates from legacy to modern infrastructure
- Understanding of how key NLP/NLU and automation technologies complement the Contact Centre and integrate to provide a cutting edge customer experience
Job Requirements:
- Stakeholders engagement with technical and business client set
- Ownership of the functional and non-functional requirements of the solutions being implemented
Qualification & Experience:
- Technical/team leadership and architectural ownership of multi-million pound programmes
