About the client:
A property maintenance company in Dubai, dealing with all areas such as Home Maintenance, AC Maintenance Services, Facility Management and Building Maintenance.
Job Role:
Install, maintain and repair indoor air quality systems
Responsible for handling all air quality system jobs, from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and identifying maintenance risks
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Keeping records of all maintenance functions
Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
