Position Title: HVAC and Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation

About the Client:
The hiring company is specialized in Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration services for industrial projects, residential complexes, all types of automobiles, computer rooms and special application.

Job Role:
• Install, operate, maintain and repair HVAC equipment and systems independently (Chillers, Packaged Units, Ducted split, pumps, compressors, motors, etc.)
• Operate all HVAC related measurement, testing and service related equipment
• Select appropriate replacement parts and troubleshoot problems with A/C and Electro-Mechanical systems
• Perform soldering, brazing, pipefitting and welding
• Be well versed with all standard service procedures for HVAC systems
• Make minor repairs in emergency cases to provide intermittent cooling
• Accept emergency complaints from the coordinator and attend the issue on-site in coordination with the foreman
• Work in a neat and tidy manner and clean up the site after completing his work
• Speak politely with the customer and maintain a good working relationship with the company
