My client is a leading EPC contractor who are currently working on a major civil engineering project in Dubai and they are looking to recruit a highly experienced HSE manager. The role will be to implement and manage the HSE plan for the site and oversee all subcontractors and consultants to ensure that the work is carried out safely and to the clients exacting standards.
