Job Description:
Consistently work with GCB6/7 to review and analyze opportunities submitted relating to US Payments, US & FX Payments processing, Payments Investigations, Reconciliation, GMG Processing, DCR Processing, RTP Payments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Based on scope provide suggestion to direct manager for prioritization in plan. Make recommendations to develop, update and review procedures as appropriate based on contractual agreements, industry changes and other trends in Payments. Throughout the year, continuously identify and drive prioritized, and, vetted initiatives in order to achieve yearly AOP (annual operating plan) target. Understand and follow bank policy regarding internal events with regards to appropriate notification and measures (logging/tracking/reporting). Ensure any system abnormalities including latency and/or defects, are raised to your direct manager and appropriate support team with relevant and pointed details.
Job Requirements:
- Regulatory compliance
- Review of relevant governance documents including PLAs/PLOS/Procedures/Controls
- Translating business needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Payments servicing experience including HighValue Payments (Payments and Investigations), Real-Time Payments and supporting applications GPS and GPP SP.
- Transformation and change management frameworks such as LEAN & Six Sigma principles
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
