Formatting of CVs to present client to best advantage.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via telephone calls and emails
Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close client’s requirements.
Challenge any objections with a view to getting the candidate to avail paid subscription
Identifying and approaching suitable candidates using candidate databases to match the right person to the
client’s vacancy.
Communicate with clients to determine their hiring needs.
Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs.
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing and scheduling interviews.
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients
Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.
Managing day-to-day activities of the team
Lead and motivate the team and mange performance.
Coach team members and develop team strength and weakness.
Conduct the initial screening to determine suitability and interest of candidates
Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner.
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates registered.
Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
