Job Description

  • Keep recruiting reports from pre-screening to onboarding stages ready for timely evaluation and analysis.
  • Meet the dynamic recruitment stages through efficient planning.
  • Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent, and proactively lead updates on all open positions.
  • Carry out the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing candidates conducting initial assessments, 1st line interviews and offers
  • Work with concerned managements to develop accurate job profile descriptions as per requirements.
  • Research different recruitment models and develop descriptions for attracting suitable talent.

Demonstrated ability to brainstorm ideas with the in-house team through fluent meetings and discussions.Portraying sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.Established track record of sourcing suitable talent for companies and organizations.In-depth knowledge of telephonic, lunch, puzzle, video, and group interviews.Bachelor’s degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
