HR Manager for an International Healthcare Company in Abu Dhabi
• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
• Develop a good understanding of clients’ projects, their industry, and their work culture and environment
• Organize the recruitment process in an effective way to meet client’s assigned deadlines
• Manage new employee relocation by determining new employee relocation needs including accommodation, visa, license, ticket (if any needed)
• Ensure all HR activities comply with organizational requirements for quality management, risk, legal stipulations, and general duty of care
• Submit executive reports to the management to be aware of the HR department and workforce status
