An HR Manager role in a government entity in Ras Al Khaimah to support the HR Director in an HR transformation.

Client Details
A large government entity in Ras Al Khaimah

* Supporting the HR Director with a HR transformation within the entity
* Managing recruitment processes from start to finish including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
* Organising training and development
* Handle employee engagement initiatives
* Dealing with visas and employee paperwork/files
* Responsible for employee relations and providing employee support

Job Offer
AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 plus benefits.

This role is based in Ras Al Khaimah full time, candidates must either live or be prepared to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah.
