Charterhouse is working with a well-established and highly prestigious Law Firm looking to secure a HR Executive.
You will be supporting the HR Manager to actively handle all enquiries, attending team meetings and ensuring effective relationships are maintained across departments.
You will ensure that on-boarding duties are completed with accuracy and in set timeframes. You will deliver the HR induction, managing the on-boarding process, delivering draft offer letters, devising new contracts as well as coordinate all recruitment activities in the region with the support of the HR team. You will track all training attendance and recommend which courses fee earners should attend based on their areas of required growth. You will organise internal events in-order to boost morale and reward high achievement. I addition, you will ensure the accuracy of all documentation and produce reports relating to headcount, sickness and annual leave as needed.
