An all encompassing HR Director role, reporting into the COO of a progressive, leading construction conglomerate in the region. The role will initiate and lead initiatives in support of our People and Culture in line with the Company’s Principles

Key requirements for the successful candidate include:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalentChartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) preferredMinimum 15-20 years experience in HR with at least 5 years in a leadership roleHands-on HR experience working in the West OR with western multinational companies in the region is a must.Proven track record of Leading and managing changeCoaching and mentoring across various levelsStrong knowledge of local/international HR trendsExcellent communications skillsProject ManagementKnowledge of Local Labour Law
